We removed all tenant-installed elements from the demise. The mechanical and electrical infrastructure within the office also needed complete reconfiguration to meet the terms of the break clause, which was carried out by our dilapidation experts. We achieved ‘vacant possession’ for our client and met their tight seven-week time frame, enabling them to terminate their lease agreement and vacate the premises with no extra costs.
