This client held the lease for a ground floor office space of approximately 7,000ft2 within Dublin’s central business district. During their tenancy, they had fitted-out and divided the floor, subletting most of the floor to another tenant.
The client drafted in RWS to return the office back to one open-plan space, and to remove all the tenant-installed elements. They had a tight timescale to work to and wanted the work completed in just four weeks.
The result was a bright and fresh open office space from a project completed on time, within budget and in line with the client’s brief. It also meant the client met all their obligations under the terms of their lease.
