The Brief
This project involved refurbishment works on a listed three-storey corner building, situated within one of Wigan’s conservation areas. The work included installing new windows, Tudor-look timbers, extensive works to the render and returning the façade to its former state.
The Outcome
The RWS team were responsible for all aspects of the project, including obtaining conservation area consent for refurbishment works to begin. Full works were also completed on the chimneys and roof. The result of the refurbishment was a fully-managed project by RWS, and a building with Tudor details restored to their former glory.
