Our client needed its third floor, 21,000ft2 demise in central London returning to ‘Cat A’ reinstatement. This required a mechanical and electrical alterations and modifications, with work completion required within six weeks.
This project had to be carried out in a building where the other five floors were fully occupied, with business functioning as normal, so a considerate approach was required for this dilapidation. Despite this, and within the difficult constraints of carrying out projects in the centre of London, this project was completed on time, on budget, and fully met the landlord’s requirement relieving our client of any liabilities under the terms of their lease.
