External & internal building refurbishement of High Street premises.
Project Description:
The external building refurbishment program included stone work and coping stone repairs, brickwork re-pointing, the replacement of lead flashing, fascia boards and general roof repairs.
Internally, the refurbishment included ceiling repairs, the strip out and replacement of skirtings and architraves, all decoration and the supply and fitting of new carpets.
