Internal office refurbishment and external roof & canopy repairs.
Project Description:
To design and refurbish a number of internal offices, conference rooms, meeting rooms, a kitchen and some ‘T’ points. The works included the initial strip out of existing partitioning, doors, and lighting. New office layouts were created which included the reworking of the existing air conditioning systems, installing new partitioning and glass screens, lighting, carpeting and all internal decoration.
Externally the works included roof repairs, re-siting some air conditioning condensers and the painting of the steelwork on the external canopies.
