Project Brief:
Two floors of this four floor building where returned to the landlords by the outgoing tenants who, under the terms of their lease, were responsible for the repairing covenants. Both floors were inspected and a schedule of defects and dilapidations were then prepared and issued to the landlords.
As there were existing tenants on the two floors below, and also on the floor requiring dilapidation work, the repairs had to be carried out with minimum noise and disruption.
Project Description:
The worked entailed a complete strip out of all the existing mechanical & electrical services, flooring, partitioning, lighting, ceilings, doors all office equipment, The new installation work covered all aspects of the above and also included the repainting of all windows internally, additional fire barrier systems, the refitting of a kitchen area and the redecoration of an office currently inhabited by existing tenants.
